Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all shoe boxes and apparel tags, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Collection
Choose between dropping off your package at any authorized iRUN retail outlet in Singapore or scheduling a courier pickup through our logistics partner.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
